Key Responsibilities

• Develop personalized treatment plans for a diverse clientele by conducting detailed assessments and evaluations.
• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy using a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques, to ensure effective and adaptable interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care that encompasses both psychological and practical support for clients.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with applicable laws and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with our organizational guidelines.
• Engage in continuous professional development through attending workshops, training sessions, and reviewing current literature to enhance counseling techniques and methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base varies greatly, comprising individuals, couples, families, and groups who are experiencing a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges, including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. With a focus on fostering resilience and coping skills, you will play a key role in guiding clients as they work toward healing and personal development.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Texas.
• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, with a preference for those with a background in clinical settings.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples counseling, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse treatment is highly desired.
• An extensive understanding of legal and ethical standards governing counseling practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that enable effective engagement with a diverse range of clients.
• A proven ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team to optimize client outcomes.
• Familiarity with the utilization of electronic medical records (EMR) and other relevant digital tools to enhance service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits

In recognition of your professional expertise and commitment, we offer a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $90,000 annually, tailored to your experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
