Kinetic Ease PT is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Arlington, Virginia. Work Environment

This full-time position requires you to work onsite at our Arlington facility during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. You will collaborate closely with a small team consisting of two physical therapists and one Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), fostering a supportive and enriching workplace environment focused on continuous improvement and patient success.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to identify needs, set rehabilitative goals, and recommend appropriate treatment modalities.
• Manage a caseload of 2-3 patients per hour, providing individualized care plans that encompass a variety of therapeutic exercises and interventions.
• Specialize in orthopedic outpatient care, using your expertise to design and implement targeted treatment plans aimed at improving mobility, strength, and overall function.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to provide high-quality physical therapy services, ensuring that all interventions align with the latest research and guidelines.
• Encourage patients to take an active role in their recovery by developing personalized fitness and wellness regimens tailored to their specific conditions and goals.
• Employ advanced manual therapy techniques, aimed at reducing pain and facilitating a successful recovery without relying solely on prescription medications or surgical options.
• Track patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to improve outcomes and share advancements with both patients and colleagues.
• Coordinate care by collaborating with other healthcare professionals and specialists to promote comprehensive patient management.
• Log patient services consistently in our EMR software system, such as WebPT, to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our facility serves a diverse patient population, including athletes and active individuals undergoing rehabilitation for various orthopedic conditions. You will work closely with patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic pain issues, utilizing your skills to inspire and empower them throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• Active State Physical Therapist License with no disciplinary actions.
• Strong manual therapy skills with a focus on orthopedic techniques.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems such as WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience as a physical therapist in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing individualized treatment plans for diverse patient populations.
• Proven ability to assess, track, and communicate patient progress effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for the Senior Physical Therapist position ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
