Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, ensuring a client-centered approach.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups using evidence-based strategies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care, sharing insights and contributing to holistic treatment plans.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical records in compliance with local laws and ethical standards, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of the latest mental health research and best practices, enhancing your skills and knowledge base.

Qualifications
