Specializing in orthopedic outpatient care, our facility spans 5,000 square feet and is equipped with advanced rehabilitation technologies and therapeutic modalities. Our team, which consists of knowledgeable physical therapists and a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), is committed to delivering high-quality care tailored to each patient’s specific needs. Work Environment

The role is located onsite at our modern outpatient office, where you will work collaboratively with a small team in a patient-centered environment. The facility design promotes efficient therapy sessions while ensuring comfort and holistic care for our patients. Our standard operating schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to understand and identify the specific needs and goals of each patient.
• Develop tailored care plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities designed to enhance mobility and function.
• Administer treatments to 2-3 patients per hour, focused on improving strength, flexibility, balance, and overall well-being.
• Incorporate evidence-based practices into daily operations to ensure high standards of patient care.
• Reduce the reliance on prescription drugs by promoting non-surgical alternatives and ensuring a comprehensive approach to patient health.
• Maintain accurate records of services provided, tracking patient progress and outcomes effectively.
• Communicate and sync up with other healthcare professionals to provide cohesive care to patients.
• Engage patients as active participants in their treatment plans, motivating them to set and achieve personal health and wellness goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• State Physical Therapist License is required, with no pending disciplinary actions.
• Demonstrated manual therapy skills and a strong foundation in orthopedic outpatient care.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) software such as WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• At least one year of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting, focusing on orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Familiarity with sports medicine practices and the ability to work with athletic populations.
• A proactive approach to patient care with a passion for developing innovative therapeutic techniques.

Compensation and Benefits
