Job Description
EarthCam is seeking a high-impact Strategic Account Manager to drive revenue growth within a portfolio of priority construction and infrastructure customers. This senior-level, quota-carrying role focuses on expanding our presence across major builders, developers, and owners through multi-project deployments and strategic, long-term development. This role is ideal for experienced professionals looking to drive technology adoption in large-scale construction, with a construction sales background strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth and execute account-level business plans for major construction/infrastructure accounts.
  • Identify expansion opportunities, supporting multi-site, portfolio-level adoption of EarthCam's visual intelligence and security solutions.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including project executives, VDC teams, and safety managers.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to guide complex solutions, from preconstruction to final project deployment.
  • Maintain disciplined, data-driven pipeline forecasting within the CRM.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

  • Construction sales background is strongly preferred, including experience with GC, developers, or infrastructure owners.
  • Track record of selling construction technology, SaaS platforms, project documentation solutions, visual intelligence tools, jobsite security systems, or building materials.
  • 7-10+ years of quota-carrying B2B experience with a focus on long-cycle sales.
  • Highly motivated, strategic, and disciplined in account management.
