Job Description

EarthCam is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to lead execution of our trade show strategy, industry events program, media outreach initiatives, and field marketing efforts supporting brand visibility and pipeline growth across construction and infrastructure markets.

This role owns planning and delivery of external marketing programs including trade shows, customer events, speaking opportunities, awards strategy, PR coordination, and select company-wide events aligned with brand visibility and organizational engagement initiatives.

The ideal candidate combines strong event ownership, media positioning experience, and cross-functional execution discipline in a B2B environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning and execution of EarthCam’s trade show and industry event program
  • Manage customer, partner, and association event participation end-to-end
  • Support planning and coordination of select company-wide events aligned with internal engagement and corporate initiatives
  • Coordinate speaking opportunities and industry visibility initiatives
  • Support PR outreach including press releases, media placements, and trade publication engagement
  • Manage event logistics including vendors, timelines, materials, and booth execution
  • Partner closely with Sales leadership on target account alignment and event follow-up strategy
  • Support product launches and customer success storytelling through field marketing programs
  • Coordinate award submissions and industry recognition opportunities
  • Maintain event and PR calendars aligned with marketing priorities
  • Track performance metrics including engagement, media visibility, and pipeline influence
  • Develop reporting dashboards measuring impact of events and PR activity
  • Collaborate with Creative, Product, Sales, HR, and Customer teams on cross-functional initiatives and event execution

Requirements

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in field marketing, events marketing, PR, or communications
  • Experience managing trade shows and industry events end-to-end
  • Strong background supporting B2B marketing programs
  • Experience with media outreach and trade publications
  • Vendor coordination and event logistics management experience
  • Strong cross-functional project management skills
  • Excellent written communication and messaging ability
  • Experience aligning marketing initiatives with Sales priorities
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives across parallel timelines
  • Experience building program reporting and performance tracking

Preferred:

  • Construction, AEC, SaaS, or B2B technology experience
  • Existing relationships with construction or technology trade media
  • Experience supporting speaking engagements, awards, or industry visibility initiatives
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, or analytics platforms
