Job Description

Key Responsibilities (Concise)

  • Lead technical design, development, and implementation of Earnix-based solutions.
  • Partner with business, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver scalable pricing/rating capabilities.
  • Define and manage Gitbased branching strategies to support efficient CI/CD.
  • Architect integrations between Earnix and Guidewire for seamless pricing-as-a-service consumption.
  • Guide teams on Earnix best practices, data structures, and modeling.
  • Conduct solution/design reviews and enforce engineering standards.
  • Collaborate with onshore/offshore teams for aligned, timely delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Hands-on Earnix expertise (Tech Lead/Senior Developer).
  • Strong background in Rating, Guidewire, and insurance platforms.
  • Proven experience with Git branching strategies and CI/CD workflows.
  • Deep knowledge of Earnix-Guidewire integrations, microservices, APIs, SOAP/REST, JSON/XML.
  • Strong understanding of insurance pricing, underwriting, workflows, and rating algorithms.
  • Experience with Earnix Modeler, Optimizer, and integration connectors.
  • Guidewire PolicyCenter/BillingCenter/ClaimCenter integration experience.
  • Experience with personal/commercial lines insurance.

Additional Details

  • 7-10 years insurance rating/Earnix experience; 3+ years as Tech Lead/Architect.
  • Expertise in Earnix modeling, configuration, version control, and deployments.
  • Strong understanding of PolicyCenter rating structures and integration points.
  • Experience designing API service layers for pricing-as-a-service.
  • Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, API security, orchestration, and microservices.
  • Desired: Experience with rating migrations (e.g., Ratabase Earnix), cloud (AWS/Azure), CI/CD, DevOps; Earnix/Guidewire certifications.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:$90000 to $117453

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
