Many of our best caregivers come from a place of simply wanting to help others.

About the Role

As an early morning caregiver, you’ll help seniors begin their day safely, comfortably, and with dignity while allowing them to remain independent in their own homes.

We are specifically looking for caregivers who are available for early morning shifts, generally between 5:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Schedules may vary depending on client needs, and there may be opportunities for additional hours based on your availability.

Care may include:

  • Companionship and conversation

  • Helping clients get ready for the day

  • Personal care assistance such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing

  • Mobility and transfer assistance

  • Meal preparation and breakfast assistance

  • Medication reminders

  • Light housekeeping and laundry

  • Safety supervision and fall prevention

  • Clear and timely communication with our office team

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for caregivers with reliable transportation, a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least six months of caregiving experience—whether professional or caring for a loved one.

The ideal candidate is dependable, compassionate, patient, and comfortable working independently. A willingness to learn is essential, and we’re happy to provide training and support along the way.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who understands that those early morning hours can make a huge difference in a senior’s day.

If you’re passionate about caregiving, enjoy early mornings, and want to feel valued for the work you do, we’d love to meet you.
