The Wellness Support Center is seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our remote clinical team. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

  • Conduct individual and joint therapy sessions with couples, as well as family therapy sessions.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments to address patient-specific needs.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to manage and treat a variety of challenges, including but not limited to:
    • Alcohol abuse
    • Grief and loss issues
    • Conflicts among family members, including siblings
    • Adjustment to separation and divorce
  • Facilitate communication improvement strategies among family members.
  • Monitor progress and adjust interventions to ensure effective outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will encompass a diverse range of patient populations, including both adults and children/adolescents. You will address various family dynamics and individual circumstances, working closely with clients to provide them with personalized, effective therapy that promotes emotional and psychological healing.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • A master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
