As a Brand Engagement Manager at Ezee Fiber, you will be instrumental in cultivating a strong brand presence and fostering positive community relationships. Your responsibilities will include promoting the Ezee Fiber brand, engaging with prospective customers, and nurturing connections within the community. This role will require a blend of in-person and online activities to effectively communicate our brand. You will play a pivotal role in embodying the values of Ezee Fiber and promoting a positive brand image through dynamic engagement with both potential and existing customers, strategic promotional initiatives, and collaborative efforts with internal teams.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive community brand events and strategies to promote brand awareness through various channels.
  • Identify and engage with key community stakeholders, such as Homeowners Association (HOAs), nonprofits, and local small businesses.
  • Organize and oversee brand events from inception to execution.
  • Attend networking events to develop community relationships and bring brand awareness.
  • Formulate partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and community organizations. 
  • Manage relationships with sponsors and partners to ensure alignment and brand.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of events and partnerships in terms of return on investment.
  • Represent Ezee Fiber in the community, promoting our values and enhancing our brand image.
  • Attend and participate in local events, trade shows, and community gatherings to represent Ezee Fiber.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor movements.
  • Establish and nurture positive relationships with both existing and potential customers.
  • Create and disseminate engaging content (photo/video) on various social media platforms to stimulate interest in our internet services.
  • Distribute promotional materials, samples, and branded merchandise to amplify brand awareness and create memorable impressions.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to plan strategies.
  • Collect and analyze feedback on customer sentiments, market trends, and competitor activities

Education and Experience Requirements: High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in brand management, community engagement, or related fields, preferably in the telecommunications sector. 
  • Proficiency in designing, planning, and organizing event logistics.
  • Professionally manage partnerships with local partners and vendors
  • Managing expenses and vendor agreements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strategic approach to developing targeted community engagement plans.
  • Experience with community engagement, chambers, and networking groups.
  • Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with a passion for building relationships. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Candidates with established community or vendor relationships within Ezee Fiber coverage areas and communities or similar markets will be given preference.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including scheduled evenings and weekends as needed.

While performing the duties of the job, the associate will analyze and interpret data, communicate, and remain in a stationary position for a significant amount of the workday and frequently access, input, and retrieve information from the computer and other office productivity devices. The associate is regularly required to move about the office and around the corporate campus. The associate must frequently move up to 40 pounds of event equipment.

Must be able to travel up to 40% to local event sites, corporate offices, vendor meetings, and other business locations as required.
