Job Summary

PART TIME, EVENT BASED, IN PARTNERSHIP WITH FISERV FORUM, MILWAUKEE BUCKS, AND MARQUETTE EAGLES
$23.53/HR, UNION POSITION.

Major Areas of Responsibility
Service

  • Completes steps of service to ensure utmost guest satisfaction
  • Follows recipe guidelines
  • Knows menu items specific to position
  • Adheres to location appearance guidelines
  • Acts with a sense of urgency and provides friendly, efficient service to teammates and guests
  • All product cooked and served according to recipe specifications and food safety/sanitation practices

Controls

  • Maintains work area
  • Employs good safety and sanitation practices
  • Practices proper product control and handling of all inventory and equipment
  • Thoroughly completes all station set-up and breakdown responsibilities
  • Adheres to Levy Restaurants Company guidelines as stated in team member training manual and employee handbook

Team

  • Displays a positive attitude toward teammates and managers
  • Helps fellow team members whenever necessary
  • Always on time and ready to perform all required duties


Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen preferred
  • English reading, writing and math skills required
  • Frequently reaches, lifts, stoops, bends and cleans to maintain work area
  • Possible job hazards include, but are not limited to; slips, trips, falls, burns, cuts and strains
  • Walks and stands during entire shift
  • Able to communicate effectively with managers, guests and teammates by speaking and
    comprehending English


Proposed Skills, Qualifications, and Abilities

  • At least 1 year of bartending experience
    • cocktails and other specialty drinks, pouring liquor
  • Able to accurately use the POS system to ring in drinks
  • Able to lift and transport up to 50 pounds
  • Possesses Class D Operator’s license
  • Must be ServSafe certified
  • Practices RAS and abides by all Levy, Bucks, City, and state alcohol service
