PREMIUM GAME DAY ASSOCIATE- PHILADELPHIA EAGLES, LLC (PHILADELPHIA, PA)

 

ORGANIZATIONAL OVERVIEW

At Lincoln Financial Field, we work diligently to provide our fans with one-of-a-kind fan experiences. In addition to being the home of the Philadelphia Eagles, Lincoln Financial Field has played host to the Army-Navy Game, NCAA Lacrosse Championships, Temple University Football, Monster Jam, international soccer competitions, concerts, and many other entertainment events. Providing an unmatched spectator experience for nearly 70,000 fans, there is no better place to attend an event than Lincoln Financial Field. 


POSITION SUMMARY
This is a part-time, seasonal position.  As a Premium Game Day Associate, you will have the opportunity to create memories that last a lifetime and become part of stories that will be told by our fans for years to come. You will live our mission statement of providing our fans with the highest quality sports and entertainment experience in a safe, clean, and friendly environment and play a key role in inspiring and serving the Greatest Football Community in the World.


POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Please see below for the positions available as a Premium Game Day  Associate:

  • Maintain a calm and positive demeanor with all premium clients, prospects, colleagues, associates, and members of the Philadelphia Eagles organization.
  • Support Premium Sales and Service team with aspects of their client relationships.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from other departments within the organization (Corporate Partnerships, Merchandise, Ticket & Fan Services, etc.)

DESIRED ATTRIBUTES
The ideal candidate possesses a high level of integrity, passion, energy, a positive attitude, the ability to adapt to different situations, a strong work ethic, and a mindset for teamwork.  Candidates must have excellent customer service skills and the desire to help others.
REQUIREMENTS
  Available weeknights, weekends, and holidays (as needed)
  Must be available 3-4 hours prior to event kick-off and approximately 1-2 hours after each event
  Employees will be required to work all events at Lincoln Financial Field including Eagles home games and special events such as Temple University Football home games. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS 
  May be required to lift 40 lbs.
  May be required to stand for entire length of shift.
  May be required to walk throughout stadium (including climbing stairs) during each shift.
  May be required to work in elevated areas.
  May be required to work in confined/narrow spaces (i.e. elevator).
  Ability to work in variable temperatures, including extreme hot and cold weather based on the season.


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information in a clear and concise manner
  • Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to identify and anticipate client issues by asking probing questions
  • Able to patiently handle escalated clients in a calm manner and diffuse challenging situations
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize
  • Collaborative team player who is willing to take initiative to help create a seamless client experience
  • Always thinking about the department/organization goals and always willing to step up and lend a hand
  • Must have availability for all 2026-27 Eagles home games (pre-season included)
  • Salesforce experience is a plus but is not required


COMPENSATION
 Starting wage is $15.50 an hour.
