Job description

Join us for EAA's AirVenture Oshkosh 2026 - July 20 through July 26, 2026!
The AirVenture Security position is responsible for gate entrance and bag check duties. This includes, but not limited to, ensuring all guests have proper wristbands and/or vehicle passes, and checking all bags that wish to gain entry onto the secured grounds for items not allowed.
Qualifications
  • Customer service skills
  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • No previous security experience necessary, training will be provided
  • Gate personnel may be expected to stand for long periods of time and may have to work with large crowds, tolerate all weather conditions, communicate in a clear and pleasant manner.

Shifts are available starting Sunday, July 20 through Sunday, July 26, 2026.
All interviews will be held at the Aviation Museum, 3000 Poberezny Road in Oshkosh. Park in the museum guest parking lot and enter through the Education Center entrance. All new applicants must attend an interview. Returning staff do not need to attend an interview.
