The CDAO willbe responsible fordriving business value creation, business-led governance, andthe data-driven enterprise. The CDAO will oversee the data operations, data quality, data analytics, master datamanagementand data governance functions, and ensure alignment with the organization's vision, mission, and goals.

The ideal candidate will have a proventrack recordof leading data and analytics initiatives,managingdata teams, and delivering data-driven insights and solutions. The candidate will also have extensive experience andexpertisein CRM systems, tools, and best practices, and be able toleverageCRM data to enhance customer experience, retention, and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a central data strategy that supports the organization's growth, innovation, and competitive advantage.

  • Assess andimprovedata and analytics infrastructure, platforms, and solutions that enable data collection, storage, management, accessibility, and usability across the organization.

  • Establishand maintain data quality standards, policies, and procedures that ensure data accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and consistency.

  • Foster a data-driven culture and empower business leaders and stakeholders, provide them with data and insights that support decision-making, strategy, performance, and measurable business outcomes.

  • Oversee the data governance and securityfunction, and ensure compliance with data privacy, ethics, and regulations.

  • Manage and mentor the data and analytics team, and provide guidance, direction, and support for their professional development and career growth.

  • Collaborate with the C-suite and other senior leaders toidentifyand prioritize data and analytics opportunities, challenges, and needs, and provide strategic recommendations and solutions.

  • Leverage CRM data and analytics tooptimizecustomer acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty, and enhance customer experience and satisfaction.

  • Implement andmaintainaCustomer360 view that provides a comprehensive and unified understanding of the customer across all touchpoints and channels.

  • Leverageemerging technologies (AI/ML) and advanced analytics to generate predictive insights and recommendations that enable sales and service teams to work smarter and faster for their customers.

  • Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in data and analytics, and evaluate and adopt new tools and methods asappropriate.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstratedexpertisein enterprise data strategy, management, and governance, CRM systems, tools, and best practices, with a proven ability toleverageCRM data and analytics to drive measurable business outcomes.

  • Strong knowledge and skills in data operations, data quality, data analytics, data governance, and data security.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate complex data and analytics concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills, and ability to translate data and insights into actionable recommendations and solutions.

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 248,000 USD - 315,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates.
