Director, Demand Capture Media Excellence

We’re a multi-functional group, with world-class expertise in building fandoms, driving interactive storytelling, and positioning our franchises at the center of the broader entertainment ecosystem.

We are looking for a Director of Demand Capture Media Excellence to join the Growth Marketing Organization. You will report into the Senior Director Franchise Media, and be directly responsible for pushing forward demand capture media capabilities across all franchises. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days a week in office in one of the mentioned locations.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with high-performing team of data-driven Demand Capture media buyers, specializing in media across PC, console and mobile
  • Set standards for demand capture media innovation across EA’s campaign, including channel strategy, optimization levers and existing AI adoption
  • Partner with platforms to prioritize demand capture media features and capabilities for greater EA outcomes
  • Develop EA strategies to optimize outcomes from media platform evolutions and industry updates
  • Lead demand capture media AI initiatives with thought leadership and projects to move EA forward
  • Develop and gain alignment for Media Investment Framework, to be used by Franchise Directors in funnel allocations
  • Set channel execution standards (Campaign set-up, Usage of platform features, measurement implementation, experimentation implementation, etc.)
  • Cross-functional change management and remove barriers to functional best practices (Flexible Funding, Creative Funding, etc.)
  • Develop training material and programs for Demand Capture buying skills and cross-train talent

Requirements

  • 10+ years’ experience in performance media, managing demand creation and demand conversion across PC, console and mobile games
  • 5+ years of influencing senior leaders
  • Experience managing AAA game media budgets
  • Ownership, accountability & ability to solution complex problems.
  • In-depth understanding of user acquisition algorithms, Measurements, and creative best practices.
  • BA/BS Degree in marketing/finance or equivalent quantitative field
  • Passion/knowledge for video games

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).

PAY RANGES

Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.

In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
