- Make decisions for direct reports and performs people management activities, such as performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, staff planning, and interviews.
- Manage departmental finances and productivity to achieve budget targets.
- Manage departmental human resources activities, including recruitment and selection, and performance management.
- Manage inter- and intra-departmental communication, including attending meetings to represent EVS.
- Manage linen and EVS supply ordering.
- Carry out quality inspections and ensure compliance readiness, including HFAP, State, and Federal agencies.
QUALIFICATIONS

- 1 year EVS Supervisor leadership - Required
- 5 years EVS leadership - Preferred
