Manager of EVS Operations, 2nd shift ( 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM or 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM) They have 2 evening shift positions at Baptist Health Lexington Hospital: -They are looking for strong candidates with the leadership skills and experience needed to support our Environmental Services team, and we have not yet found the right fit. -They are seeking an experienced Environmental Services (EVS) Manager with a strong background in either a hospital or hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will have proven success managing teams in a large, fast-paced setting while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence. Some of the key responsibilities will include day-to-day management, interviewing, hiring, coaching and guidance to team members, and disciplinary actions. -Reports to: Assistant Director or Director,EVS & Linen -Compensation Range: $32.08 - $48.15/hour (Midpoint: $40.12/hour) -Position Summary: The EVS Operations Manager is responsible for assisting in directing and overseeing the operational needs of the Environmental Services Department. This role coordinates the daily activities of frontline team members, serves as a liaison for the department, and helps ensure the highest level of service for our patients, visitors, and staff. The position also supports department initiatives, promotes patient and customer satisfaction, fosters positive team member relations, and ensures compliance with all hospital, system, and regulatory policies and procedures
