ERP Data Analyst Fullerton, CA | Monday-Friday | Full-Time | Temp-to-HireTurn Data Into Better Business Decisions!

Are you an analytical problem solver who enjoys working with data, ERP systems, and Excel? We're looking for an ERP Data Analyst to support a fast-paced food manufacturing operation by transforming production data into meaningful insights that improve efficiency and drive operational success.

If you have ERP experience, strong Excel skills, and enjoy collaborating across multiple departments, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do
  • Analyze ERP data to produce accurate daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
  • Monitor labor hours, production output, and operational performance metrics.
  • Research and resolve data discrepancies within the ERP system.
  • Create Excel reports using pivot tables, charts, graphs, and formulas.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and data accuracy.
  • Present production and operational data to multiple departments.
  • Support Production Scheduling as a backup when needed.
  • Assist the Quality team with KPI reporting and purchase order creation.
  • Collaborate with production, operations, quality, and leadership teams to ensure accurate reporting and continuous process improvement.
We're Looking For
  • 2-5 years of ERP, data analysis, or ERP data entry experience.
  • Experience working with ERP and/or Warehouse Management (WMS) systems.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, formulas, and charts.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in manufacturing, food production, supply chain, logistics, or distribution is highly preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; coursework or education in Data Analytics, Business Administration, or Supply Chain is preferred.
