Job description

Overview
The Administrative Professional III provides comprehensive administrative/technical support for the task order for the US Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM); Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (C5ISR) Center; Engineering and Systems Integration (ESI) Directorate.
Responsibilities
  • Manages calendars, coordinates meeting logistics - including room scheduling, invites, and VTC connections - and assists with travel arrangements using the Defense Travel System (DTS).
  • Maintains office supplies, proofreads and corrects program and acquisition documentation, and prepares minutes for events.
  • Uses common office equipment, e.g., facsimile (fax) machines, copiers, projectors, and PC printers. Performs high-quality project support.
  • Maintains logs, records, archives, and/or working files.
  • Consolidate and finalize presentations, staff charts, weekly activity reports, etc.
  • Report and record meeting minutes.
  • Track and maintain copies of signed non-disclosure agreements and provide reports to the Government, including names and dates of signatures.
  • Track certifications and trainings for personnel - Contractors, civilians, and military.
  • Support pre- and post-event meetings with stakeholders; prepare agendas; collect biographies; room preparation; coordination with protocol; create, review, and deliver meeting minutes within seven calendar days; and support the coordination, documentation, and dissemination of tasks that are received from DoD and non-DoD Government agencies.
  • Support the coordination, documentation, and planning of the Government exchanges and similar community-wide efforts.

Qualifications
Required:
  • Minimum 5 years experience and/or AS/AA or 2yr Tech School; or HS/GED w/ 15 years or military experience E3 and up
  • Ability to work with government-provided software packages (i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • TS/SCI Clearance

Salary Range: $36.47hr-$38.50hr
The above salary range represents a general guideline. Integral Federal considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers, such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and/or discretionary bonuses in addition to base pay.
