Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Analyze data using established tools and processes to create routing plans, load plans, reports, and performance metrics
  • Serve as an escalation point for load planners and support freight execution at the load level.
  • Investigate and resolve freight payment discrepancies
  • Support the carrier management process, including performance tracking and relationship management
  • Act as a subject matter expert in carrier capacity, dock scheduling, and rate management within the E2open Transportation Management System
  • Partner with stakeholders on process improvement and cost reduction initiatives
  • Other projects or duties as assigned
Qualifications

Required Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor's Degree and 0 to 2 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 3 to 5 plus years of related experience

Preferred Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor's Degree
