  • Build organizational strengththrough proactive workforce planning, organizational development, talent development, and leadership capability.Usepeople-dataand insights to guide decisions and measure what matters, from engagement and performance to organizational health.   • Coach and challengeleaders to create clarity, accountability, and drive change and impact through their teams.

Ideal candidate will bring:

  • Experience in global HR roles,partneringmultiple countries, driving globalprojectsand building scalable and efficient business-oriented solutions.
