About the Position

Dynamic Systems Technology, Inc. (DysTech) is seeking a Psychological Health Medical Records Administrative Assistant to support the Ohio Army National Guard Behavioral Health Program. This position provides administrative and medical records support for behavioral health services, ensuring accurate documentation, record maintenance, and coordination of critical information that supports the health and readiness of Army National Guard Service Members.

This is a full-time position located on-site in Columbus, Ohio, supporting the Ohio Army National Guard Medical Detachment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize psychological health and medical records in accordance with applicable regulations and privacy requirements.
  • Process and update behavioral health documentation, assessments, and case files.
  • Assist with scheduling, tracking, and coordinating behavioral health appointments and follow-up actions.
  • Enter and maintain data within Government medical and administrative systems.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and other administrative documentation.
  • Support behavioral health staff with administrative and clerical functions.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive medical and behavioral health information.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day operation of the Behavioral Health Office.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate's degree required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience supporting medical records, healthcare administration, or administrative operations.
  • Experience working with medical records, documentation, or healthcare information systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Clerical and administrative experience.
  • Basic computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting military personnel, Veterans, or federal healthcare programs.
  • Familiarity with medical records management and behavioral health documentation.
  • Experience using electronic medical record or healthcare information systems.
  • Knowledge of military medical systems such as MEDPROS, MEDCHART, or MODS.

Work Schedule

  • Monday-Friday
  • Standard daytime business hours
  • On-site in Columbus, Ohio
