Job Title: Electromechanical Engineering Associate Manager – Cables and Harness Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite Only) Type of Role: Direct Hire (Full-Time, Onsite) Shift: 9x80 Schedule (Every other Friday off) Pay: $109,200–$192,510; $125,600–$217,695 in most major metropolitan areas POSITION OVERVIEW: We are seeking an experienced Electromechanical Engineering Associate Manager to lead the Cable and Harness Design team supporting Space programs. This role provides functional management, technical direction, and project leadership for engineers responsible for the research, design, development, and production support of flight cable and harness systems used on advanced space applications. The ideal candidate is a subject matter expert in flight cable and harness design with strong leadership skills, proven root cause and corrective action experience, and the ability to mentor engineers in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES: • Provide leadership, functional management, and technical direction to a team of engineers responsible for electromechanical engineering research, design, development, and production support for the Harness Core Team. • Manage cable and harness design activities across multiple programs, supporting satellite and spaceflight applications. • Deliver effective project management, accurate and detailed plans and schedules, and efficient production support for cable and harness engineering efforts.

• Support the continued development, growth, and technical expertise of the department through mentoring, coaching, and technical guidance. • Lead and support multiple program design teams as a subject matter expert in flight cable and harness design. • Conduct and lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions for cable and harness design and production issues.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, customers, and partners across geographically dispersed locations to ensure successful design and program execution. • Organize, motivate, and lead diverse engineering groups in a formative environment with strong communication and coordination. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Basic Qualifications • Bachelor of Science or higher from an accredited college in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.

• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience. • Experience with wire harness and cable design for electrical/mechanical interconnects. • U.S.

Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance. Additional Qualifications • Experience with wire harness and cable design for satellite spacecraft equipment and/or missile systems. • ECAD and/or MCAD modeling and drafting experience.

• Experience with schematic capture, wire list generation, and voltage drop analysis. • Familiarity with space programs, flight specifications, and/or COTS electronic equipment/components. • Proficiency with Zuken E3 and/or similar ECAD tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to organize, motivate, and lead large, diverse, geographically dispersed teams. • Positive attitude, adaptability, and a demonstrated interest in mentoring and career development of team members.
