  • Resolve complex member situations with confidence and care.
  • Provide expert advice across a range of financial needs—from loans to long-term goals.
  • Mentor and uplift other team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.

  • Offering real-world tools and education—like budget coaching and savings strategies—to build financial wellness.

Innovation Meets Heart

You'll collaborate across departments to improve how we serve and connect, from the branch to the digital space. Expect to:

  • Champion continuous improvement in processes and service delivery.
  • Help shape experiences that feel personal, seamless, and consistently excellent.

Growth and Meaningful Work

In this branch-based role, you’ll build strong relationships with your team and members while developing a deep understanding of the community’s needs—strengthening your skills and making a real impact every day.

What You Bring

  • At least 3 years in a member services or financial consulting role.
  • Experience resolving complex issues and supporting team performance.
  • FiCEP/CCUFC certification (or willingness to complete within 6 months).
  • A passion for service, a drive to mentor, and a commitment to financial wellness.

What We Offer

A supportive, growth-focused environment rooted in trust and community.

  • Full benefits including Health/Dental/Vision, matching 401K, paid time off, and more.
  • Free parking and a collaborative culture that celebrates success and innovation.

Be the point where service meets leadership. Apply today and join a credit union where your expertise creates impact—every day, at every location.
