Registered Nurse (Experienced) - Peds Cardiac Stepdown

What you can expect Location: 2301 Erwin Rd, Durham, NC 27705 The Peds Cardiac Stepdown is located in Duke Central Tower at Duke University Hospital. Peds Cardiac Stepdown has 19 beds that primarily have infants through young adult patients with congenital heart disease, cardiac transplant, and cardiology patients that are trach and ventilator dependent. Nurse to patient staffing ratio is 1:3. Orientation is 4–6 weeks, depending on experience level. Schedule: Full Time: 3, 12-hour shifts, 7a/7p, day/night rotating, 36 hours per week Incentives & Total Rewards: Relocation Assistance: Relocation assistance is available to employees who are relocating from a permanent residence located more than 50 miles from Duke University Hospital Commitment Bonus: $15,000 paid in four equal installments over two years Total Rewards: A comprehensive set of pay and benefits designed to support your well-being, professional growth, and work-life balance.
