Your New Role

As a Duct Cleaning Technician, youll be the go-to pro for cleaning and improving our customers indoor air quality. Youll assess their systems, clean out the gunk, spot issues, and help them understand how to keep their homes air fresh and healthy.


What Youll Do

Perform high-quality duct cleaning services in residential homes
Conduct basic indoor air quality checks and identify problem areas
Spot issues like dust buildup, ventilation concerns, and airflow problems
Recommend IAQ upgrades when needed, such as filtration improvements or system add-ons
Assist with installs, maintenance, and light IAQ-related repairs when required
Educate customers on system upkeep and best practices
Keep detailed notes and job info logged in the CRM
Maintain clean equipment and a professional appearance


What Youll Need

High school diploma or GED
Strong decision-making skills and solid customer communication
Ability to identify issues and explain solutions in a way homeowners understand
