Job description

Villa Duchesne is seeking a full-time, 10-month Financial Services Coordinator/Administrative Assistantto join our Business Office. This multifaceted position plays a vital role in supporting the financial operations and daily administrative functions of the school while serving as a welcoming first point of contact for parents, employees, and visitors. Working closely with the Director of Finance, this individual will assist with accounts payable, budget tracking, ledger reconciliations, procurement, administrative support, and reception responsibilities, helping to ensure the efficient operation of the Business Office and Administrative Offices. Evening committee meetings may occasionally be required.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional customer service while embracing the mission of the Sacred Heart. Qualified candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and a minimum of three to five years of experience in a business office or accounting environment. Strong knowledge of general accounting principles, invoice processing, collections, Microsoft Office applications, and accounting software is required, with Veracross experience preferred.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a collaborative spirit while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
