Employees in these roles may be responsible for scheduling deliveries, tracking shipments, maintaining communication with drivers, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The role can include both office-based logistics planning and hands-on transportation management. Specific duties can vary depending on the company's focus—whether freight, passenger transport, or logistics services.

These skills ensure efficient, cost-effective delivery operations and high levels of customer satisfaction in a dynamic environment.
