DTC Global Services, LLC is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Application Developer to support the design, development, and maintenance of PRISM and related enterprise applications. The Application Developer will play a key role in delivering high-quality technical solutions that align with client needs and mission requirements, working closely with team members, stakeholders, and leadership.Job Summary:Design, develop, and enhance applications within PRISM and related systemsAnalyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system defects and performance issuesTranslate user requirements into technical solutions aligned with system capabilitiesDevelop and maintain documentation, test plans, and system artifactsSupport data management, integration, and system optimization effortsEvaluate and recommend improvements to system performance and development practicesMaintain accountability for the reliability and efficiency of assigned application componentsContribute to solution design discussions and provide input on effort and implementation approachesCollaborate with stakeholders and team members to support delivery and system improvementsRequired Skills/Experience:Proven experience as an application developerHands-on experience with Oracle development toolsExperience with programming languages such as Java (J2EE), C#, or similarStrong understanding of software design and development principlesExperience working in enterprise or mission-critical systemsAnalytical thinking and problem-solving capabilityStrong attention to detail and time-management skillsAbility to work independently and manage priorities effectivelyStrong communication and collaboration skillsExperience supporting Unison PRISM COTS environments or similar federal acquisition systemsExperience supporting federal government systems or contracts preferredExperience working in Agile or iterative development environments preferredEducation: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)Minimum of 3 years of relevant application development experienceRelevant certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer) are preferredPhysical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
