DSP Shift Lead, providing Direct Care, and overseeing Support Staff in the home for clients with disabilities (intellectual or behavioral) Being a Behavioral Support Supervisor is one of our most valueable roles here at Golden Heart.
Golden Heart is seeking an experienced Program Supervisor to provide direct care and support daily operations in a home-like setting. Key Responsibilities- Provide direct care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and medication support
- Supervise, train, and support DSP staff
- Coordinate schedules and ensure proper staffing coverage
- Maintain accurate client and staff documentation
- Address client/staff concerns and ensure a safe environment
- Participate in care planning (ISP reviews) and team meetings
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3โ5 years DSP experience + 3โ5 years administrative/leadership experienceย
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a group home setting
- Physically able to assist with client care tasks

- 1 year of caregiving, DSP, or related experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in community settings
