Yamaha Financial Services is seeking aTechnical Product Managerto lead, manage and drive the evolution of our retail lending technology platforms. This highly collaborative rolewill serve as the critical bridge between business stakeholders, engineering, data teams, and fintech partners to help deliver scalable, compliant, and customer-centric financial technology solutions.The ideal candidatewill play a key role in managing product owners and system analysts to configure and enhance the full consumer lending lifecycle.They willcombinedeep experience with consumer lending platforms and strong Agile product ownership, with the technical acumen to collaborate closely with engineering teams and contribute to platform innovation.Theywill also helpestablishproduct ownership best practices and support the development of a Product Center of Excellence (CoE) that drives consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement across our financial technology productsas they work withbusinessto understand and document/configure current retail platformsthat support Originations/Servicing/Protection Productsetc.(Fore.g.,Defi/Vervent).This includes looking atthe currentconfigs/ optimizing workflows andworkwith App Dev/Data andbuildaCoEframework.Needhands- onapproachand alsoexperience managing technical product and support personnel.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Define andmonitorproduct success metrics, including platform performance, operational efficiency, and user adoption, to drive continuous product improvement (roadmap and strategy).
  • Help build and manage product owners and technical acumen resources to support different captive finance functions - Retail/Wholesale/Protection products to name a few.
  • Collaborate with businessstakeholders(Risk/Credit policy/Compliance/DSC), IT, and vendors to gather requirements andprovide functional clarity for technical objects (APIs/Integrations/Microservices).
  • Review and contribute to code, scripts, or API integrations (Python, Java, C# or similar) to support platform enhancements and technical discussions with engineering teams.Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement system enhancements.
  • Drive enhancements across retail lending platforms and the broader fintech ecosystem, including loan origination, servicing, credit decisioning, and integrations with internal and external systems.
  • High level architecture, withfocuson business process to product mapping.
  • Creation ofCOE likeframework and will work with platforms team.Business analysis andproduct.
  • Stayup to datewith the latest trends and technologies infintech platforms,dataanalyticsand cloud platforms.
  • Ensure product enhancements align with applicable regulatory and compliance requirements, including consumer lending regulations, credit reporting standards, and financial data governance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, orrelatedfield.
  • Minimum10+years of experiencein consumer lending/financial services like industry.
  • Experience managing and guiding technical and product owner resources
  • DeepExperience with fintech /loan applications type environmentisnecessary.
  • Experiencewithdatawarehouse concepts, datamodeling,and data analysis.
  • Exposure tocloud platforms and concepts.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excelskillto collaborate with allstakeholders.Proficiencyin programming languages like Python, Java, C#. Ability to perform development work such as scripting, automation, or API testing to support product development, system optimization, and to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
  • Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment
