Your Role as Maintenance Supervisor:
  • Prioritize and complete service requests and work orders efficiently
  • Oversee unit Make Ready/Turn processes for new move-ins
  • Coordinate with the Property Manager on budget and planning
  • Lead and implement a preventative maintenance program
  • Participate in on-call rotation (1 week every 5 weeks)
  • Perform interior/exterior painting and staining as needed
What You Bring to the Team:
  • 4+ years of maintenance experience in multi-family housing
  • Experience managing maintenance up to 300 units
  • HVAC experience required (AC, electric, forced air systems)
  • Experience working with maintenance budgets
  • Experience as a multi-site maintenance manager (preferred) 
  • Strong leadership skills and experience supervising a maintenance team
Certifications:
  • HVAC Certification 
  • EPA Certification
  • CPO Certification (preferred)
Hands-On Skills in:
  • Drywall, painting, and carpentry
  • Plumbing (e.g., sweating copper pipe)
  • Electrical (outlets, switches, fixtures)
  • Appliance repair (stoves, dishwashers, refrigerators, etc.)
  • Water heater repair (gas and electric)
 
A physical demonstration of your ability to complete job duties will be required during the interview process.
