About the Company

The company is a growing commercial specialty contractor with approximately $100M in annual revenue. The company specializes in drywall, metal stud framing, interior systems, and floor preparation, partnering with top general contractors on complex commercial projects.

The firm has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality interior finishes and reliable project execution across the Richmond, DC, and Raleigh markets. Their work spans corporate interiors, healthcare facilities, government spaces, and advanced technology environments, including highly secure and technically demanding facilities.

  • Perform quantity takeoffs and develop detailed cost proposals
  • Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing
  • Prepare and submit competitive bids and negotiated proposals
  • Participate in scope reviews and value engineering opportunities

Project Management

  • Manage projects from contract award through completion
  • Coordinate with field teams, superintendents, subcontractors, and general contractors
  • Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and project documentation
  • Monitor project budgets, schedules, procurement, and change orders
  • Ensure work is completed in accordance with project plans, safety standards, and contract requirements

Requirements

  • Corporate interiors and secure government facilities

Project Size

  • Mid- to large-scale commercial interior build-outs and specialized interior systems scopes

Project Location

  • Primarily Richmond, VA, with projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region

Other Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of drywall assemblies, metal stud framing, and interior systems
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Experience with estimating software and construction management tools

Benefits

  • Base Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 (commensurate with experience)
  • Competitive compensation package
  • Performance-based incentives
