Ideal candidates will be engaging, customer focused, friendly, and knowledgeable in customer service.

The service consultant responsibilities are as follows:

  • Greeting guests at the car
  • Perform a walk-around of the guest’s vehicle utilizing lane software
  • Using the iPad, write a Repair Order that documents the guest’s concerns
  • Presenting a maintenance menu and explaining to the guest the importance of routine factory maintenance
  • Use TSD software to create documents for loaner vehicle usage
  • Go over additional sales recommendations with the guest and educate guest on items needed
  • Making the customer comfortable with the service being performed and keeping the customer informed and updated during the service of their vehicle.
  • Prioritize recommendations for guest based on: primary concern, safety related items, maintenance items
  • Follow-up with guests and provide accurate promise times
  • Be a liaison between the technician and guest
  • Accurately and efficiently process paperwork
  • Build relationships with customers to promote repeat and referral service business

All applicants must pass pre-employment testing which includes background, motor vehicle, and drug testing in order to qualify for employment.
