      Hours:

      • 12 hour Shift | 8 p.m. to 7a.m. | Sun-Sat 2-2-3 rotating schedule

       

      Major Job Function:

      Our Quality Technician is responsible for in-process inspection and testing quality verification. Ensure all QA test equipment is calibrated and functioning properly. Responsible for documentation, sampling and quarantining of non-conforming material.

      Primary Duties:

      • Understand and use quality assurance specifications, standard test procedures, blueprints/drawings, and other engineering specification
      • Perform incoming inspections of materials and components
      • Perform in-process quality control inspections and document results of tests/inspections
      • Identify, segregate and label non-conforming product. Notify management of non-conforming product
      • Maintain quality records as per documented procedures, including test data and retained samples. Communicate inspection findings with appropriate Quality, Production and Engineering personnel
      • Assemble job books for production
      • Perform quality inspections 

      Pay range $16.00 - $19.00 per hour with wage progression

       Notice:  This position is subject to both preemployment and post-employment (random) drug testing.  Additionally, we will conduct drug and alcohol testing in cases of reasonable suspicion and post-accident as deemed necessary.
