Primary Responsibilities:
  • Lead growth initiatives for the Water and/or Transportation service lines within the Austin market, including development of statements of qualifications, proposals, and presentationsย

  • Support and implement opportunity pursuit strategies to increase win rates
  • Identify, research, qualify, and track potential leadsย

  • Minimum five years of experience managing civil engineering projects and client relationshipsย 
  • Minimum five years working within a civil engineering consulting environmentย
