What you'll do...The Senior Manager, Program Management – Seller Defect Reduction, leads the execution of multiple business initiatives related to reducing friction in the Market seller experience. This role involves building scalable systems and driving cross-functional collaboration to identify, triage, and remove friction and obstacles impacting Walmart’s Sellers. The position also focuses on developing team capabilities through coaching and mentoring while promoting adherence to company policies and ethical standards. By leveraging data-driven insights and fostering effective communication with stakeholders at multiple levels from (Manager to SVP), the Senior Manager advances process improvements and supports organizational objectives to enhance overall business performance and customer experience.  About the team: The team focuses on enhancing the global Seller Experience by leveraging advanced research, analytics, and defect reduction strategies. Collaborating with leadership and cross-functional partners, they develop strategic solutions to address complex business challenges. Managing multiple projects, the team uses data-driven insights to guide decision-making and improve customer experience. Emphasizing continuous improvement, coaching, and accountability, they foster a culture of learning. Their efforts support business growth by delivering clear recommendations aligned with organizational goals, promoting operational excellence across the Seller Experience.  What you'll do:
  • Scale and lead rapid defect reduction program
  • Lead execution of multiple business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to optimize performance.
