Job description

Amentum is looking for a PMS435 Supply Technician to support PMS 435 Electromagnetic Systems Logistics.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Provide PMS 435 assistance in support of logistics related audits, inspections, assessments, and other database reviews. Resolve discrepancies and provide reports.

  • Update and maintain logistics database files.

  • Provide material receipt, inspection, packing, crating, handling, shipping, and stowage for PMS 435 systems fleet equipment, electronic test equipment, and related material.

  • Packaging, Handling, Storage & Transportation (PHS&T). Provide Integrated Logistics Support, including NAVSEA equipment storage and shipping support of PMS 435/Fleet material.

  • Establish and Maintain NAVSEA PMS 435 Navy ERP "M" (material) plant account.

  • Provide material receipt, inspection, packing, crating, handling, shipping, and stowage for U.S. Navy systems fleet equipment, electronic test equipment, and related material associated with PMS 435 systems (Electronic Warfare, Imaging and RADAR systems).

  • Provide shipping and transportation as required to meet the delivery date.

  • Assembly of material into shipments.

  • Prepare obsolete installation related equipment. Includes required documentation for disposition typically via the Defense Reutilization Material Office (DRMO).

  • Obtain and maintain Forklift certification

Minimum Requirements:

EDUCATION: No requirement specified.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:

  • One (1) year of full time experience handling delicate electronic and electrical equipment and components.

  • Must be trained and experienced in the identification of Electro-Static Discharge Sensitive (ESDS) equipment and components, and

GENERAL EXPERIENCE:

  • Two (2) years of full-time experience in locating and moving equipment and materials between work sites according to predetermined schedules and priorities, and keeps related shipping schedules, shipping/receiving records, and inventory records.

Compensation Details:

$22.00 - 30.00
