If you are looking for an exciting career opportunity in the IT, engineering, software development, logistics, and project management fields, Linchpin Solutions is the place to be! We are currently hiring for a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Specialist.


Clearance: Active DoD Secret Clearance


Work Schedule: Onsite, Full-time, Monday–Friday


Role Overview:

In this role, you will perform general logistics functions including receiving, issuing, packaging, preservation, packing, and marking (PPP&M), and inventory management. You will execute daily warehousing tasks such as material handling equipment (MHE) operations, Navy ERP data entry, inventory counts, and material movement. Under supervision, you will perform COSIS, PPP&M, shipping, and receipt tasks while ensuring compliance with Navy ERP movement types (101–552) and maintaining Key Supporting Documentation (KSD).


General Skillset

  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and individually

  • Ability to give presentations and briefings as needed

  • Performs advanced hands-on duties including PPP&M, kitting, DRMO prep, QC checks, and shelf-life monitoring
