Qualifications: What you need to bring

• 1-3 years of customer service or customer relations experience preferred.
• Ability to work under stress while remaining professional at all times, be proactive and work efficiently independently with no supervision and good communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Pay Range: $16.00-$18.00 Hourly

Job Responsibilities: What you will do
Coordinate and implement systems to maximize the utilization of KNX's assets while working in an assigned customers environment.

• Communicate effectively and professionally with assigned customer personnel on all levels while developing positive and sold relationships to enhance growth.
• Must have knowledge of ISO customer service processes regardless of whether performing the functions on a daily basis or not.
• Assist in collecting and maintaining current customer information in the system.
• Work with all Swift internal departments to resolve customer or company issues when necessary.
• Serve as an on-site daily extension of Sales to expand business revenue by exploring all dedicated, rail, and logistics opportunities with Customers.
• Communicates daily with responsible Swift planning centers to ensure customer commitments are being met.
• Generates appropriate reports regarding service, OS&D, accessorial, etciiito assist in evaluating cost factors associated with business.
• Perform any other responsible related job duties as required by Customer.
