BECOME PART OF THE ARNOFF FAMILY

The Driver's Helper plays a crucial role in supporting professional drivers by assisting with the safe and efficient delivery of goods across various locations. This position involves physically assisting with loading and unloading cargo, ensuring items are handled with care to prevent damage. The Driver's Helper also assists with navigation, route planning, and maintaining communication with the driver to facilitate timely deliveries. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing schedules and environments. Ultimately, the Driver's Helper contributes to the overall success of the delivery operation by enhancing efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items safely, typically up to 50 pounds.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle safety and cargo handling procedures.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with drivers and customers.
  • Flexibility to work varying hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the driver in loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently at various delivery points.
