 **Part Time Only** Contractor Services

During the term of this contract, Contractor shall provide Client with various services to be determined by Client. It is anticipated that Client will request services primarily related to Bruckner’s dealership entry requests. Contractor will be delivering and picking up commercial vehicles throughout Oklahoma as well as other out of state runs. Contractor will also provide services as directed for other circumstances if needed.

Multiple Employer Driver

The Contractor agrees that they are either a “Multiple Employer Driver” or have the freedom to be a “Multiple Employer Driver” if they desire to do so at any time during the contract terms. Driver ensures they are current with all FMCSR regulations for those persons that operate a CMV.

Term       

This Agreement shall be effective for 365 days, unless either party wishes to terminate, with a minimum of two (2) days advance written notice to the other party.

Compensation

Client agrees to pay Contractor for all services rendered as stipulated under the attached driver compensation guidelines. Contractors are paid an agreed upon per mile rate when driving a commercial vehicle or an hourly rate chasing, waiting, riding in or driving a rental car. Reimbursement for all approved expenses at actual cost incurred. Contractors are assigned a company fuel card that is only to be used when fueling vehicles that they are transporting for Bruckner Truck Sales Inc.

Taxes

Contractor acknowledges that he/she shall be responsible for all personal, federal, state income and employment taxes and withholdings.
