What is a driver relations manager?

Driver Relations Managers are professionals responsible for overseeing relationships between a company and its drivers, whether they're employees or contractors. Their main duties include recruiting, onboarding, supporting, and retaining drivers by addressing their concerns and ensuring they have a positive experience. They often act as a bridge between drivers and company management, helping to resolve issues, improve communication, and boost driver satisfaction. These managers play a key role in reducing driver turnover and maintaining a reliable workforce. Their work is especially important in industries like transportation, logistics, and delivery services.
