Detail Dawgs is a premium automotive appearance company specializing in ceramic coatings, paint correction, detailing, and paint protection services.

We're looking for an Operations Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day business while the owner focuses on growing the company.
This is not a typical detailing position. You'll be responsible for leading the team, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and ensuring the business runs efficiently every day.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage technicians.
  • Schedule jobs and optimize routes.
