A driver merchandiser makes deliveries of products to customers. As a driver merchandiser, you’re responsible for fulfilling deliveries on time while complying with company policies. Your job duties include checking the truckload stability, loading and unloading products, collecting invoices, and displaying and rotating products at client locations. Although not always required, qualifications for this career typically include a Class A driver’s license and, preferably, a few years of commercial driving experience. You should also have a clean driving record, customer service skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
