The apprentice will primarily be around Mankato, Faribault, and Rochester. Our company is family owned and operated. Overview
  • Be paid to learn and apprentice the Abra way, through hands-on training
  • Observing and assisting in installing and repairing auto glass
  • Recalibrating automotive safety systems, including trouble-shooting and completing diagnostic testing
  • Providing additional services amp; products
  • Safely operate company and customer vehicles, company-issued tools and chemicals utilized throughout the workday.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
We are looking for team members that meet the following qualifications:
  • A person who can deliver quality repair with a commitment to total detail in their work while training and thereafter.
  • Must maintain a valid state driver's license in order to drive any customer or company vehicle.
  • Must be dependable and able to work with a trainer and independently.
  • Ability to problem solve while working independently
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment
  • Stand for long periods of time
  • Show strong attention to detail
Hours for position: Between 7:30 am to 5:00 pm (dependent on business need) Monday - Friday; No weekends.
Compensation for this role is dependent upon previous experience. As a company we are very competitive in the collision industry
