Responsibilities

MV Transportation is seeking aCompliance Managerwhoshall effectively manage all aspects of DriveCam.The essential job functions are daily downloads of all DriveCam events from all vehicles.

DriveCam Program Management

    Manage all aspects of the DriveCam system, including daily downloads and review of events from all vehicles
  • Ensure DriveCam cameras are operational and functioning at all times
  • Review and analyze video footage from the previous service day to identify safety events, trends, and coaching opportunities
  • Notify Management immediately of any serious or highrisk events requiring urgent action
  • Provide data, insights, and recommendations to Management to improve the effective use of the DriveCam program
  • Create, maintain, and distribute DriveCam reports to field leadership and management as required

Coaching, Training, and Discipline Support

  • Conduct daily coaching with operators based on DriveCam events
  • Retrain operators involved in nearcollision or highrisk driving events
  • Support Management with documentation for coaching, corrective action, and discipline, as appropriate

Accident & Incident Reporting Support

  • Assist Safety and Operations with accident and incident reporting, documentation, and followup
  • Support the collection, organization, and review of information related to incidents for internal and client reporting
  • Ensure documentation is completed accurately and within required timelines

ThirdParty Projects & Compliance Initiatives

  • Support and coordinate thirdparty safety, compliance, and technology projects as assigned
  • Assist with audits, program rollouts, and compliance initiatives involving external vendors or partners

Office & Administrative Support

  • Provide general office support related to safety, compliance, and operations
  • Maintain confidentiality of all safety, personnel, and incident information and share only as directed by the Safety Department
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management or the Safety Department
Qualifications

Qualifications & Talent Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to conduct BehindtheWheel Defensive Driving evaluations
  • High School diploma or equivalent (additional safety or compliance training preferred)
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a safetysensitive environment

Starting salary range: $75,000 - $85,000
