Dreamscape Learn, a pioneer in the realm of immersive virtual reality learning design is seeking a customer obsessed andย detailed orientedย Partner Success Manager (PSM)ย who willย be responsible forย owning the end-to-end success of assigned partners,ย from onboarding through ongoing adoption and growth.ย
This role combinesย execution excellence with ownership and continuous improvement,ย ensuring partners are not only successfully onboarded, but are realizing meaningful value from Dreamscape Learn over time.ย
The PSM is aย high-touch operator and relationship owner,ย capable of managing complexity, improving processes, and driving strong partner outcomes.ย
ย End-to-End Onboarding Ownershipย
- Own onboarding delivery for assigned partners:ย
- Lead kickoffs and onboarding coordinationย
- Develop and manage onboarding plans and timelinesย
- Drive partners to successful go-liveย
- Execute onboarding playbooks whileย attentiveย toย partner-specific needsย
- Provide training of immersive classroom modalitiesย for partner stakeholders (faculty, administrators, facilitators, and support staff).ย
- Keep current and provide feedback on onboarding and training materials, including guides, playbooks, documentation, and best practices.ย
- Support internal training needs related to onboarding processes and tools.ย
- Identifyย risks early and proactively mitigate onboarding challengesย
Ongoing Partner Success & Relationship Managementย
- Serve as theย primary point of contactย for assigned partnersย
- Build strong, trusted relationships with partner stakeholdersย
- Runย structured engagement cadenceย (check-ins, milestones, success reviews)ย
- Ensure partners are successfully adopting andย utilizingย Dreamscape Learn solutionsย
Continuous Improvement & Feedback Loopย
- Identifyย gaps in onboarding and partner experience and propose improvementsย
- Contribute to the evolution of:ย
- Partner success processesย
- Surface recurring themes and insights to Senior PSM and cross-functional teamsย
Cross-Functional Coordination & Problem Solvingย
- Product & Engineering (technical requirements, integrations)ย
- Support (issue resolution, escalations)ย
- Educator Experience (pedagogical alignment)ย
- Own coordination across teams to ensureย timelyย and effective partner outcomesย
Execution Excellenceย
- Manage partner workflows and deliverables with high attention to detailย
- Ensure timelines, communications, and follow-ups are consistently metย
- Support partner site visits, training, and hosted experiencesย
Issue Management & Escalationย
- Resolve standard partner issues independentlyย
- Escalate complex or non-standard issues appropriatelyย
- Ensure partners feel supported and heard throughout their lifecycleย
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years in customer success, account management, or program managementย
- Strong organizational and project management skillsย
- Ability to manage multiple partners and workflows simultaneouslyย
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-throughย
- Strong communicationย and coordination skillsย
- Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or complex product environments preferredย
- Knowledge of CRM and CSM platforms helpfulย
