As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-quality, evidence-based therapy services to clients across a myriad of backgrounds and needs.
• Conducting thorough initial assessments to better understand client issues and collaboratively developing personalized treatment plans.
• Delivering therapy sessions that may include individual, couples, and family therapy, utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored to client preferences.
• Setting collaborative goals alongside clients and actively monitoring their progress through treatment to ensure continuous improvement and satisfaction.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation to comply with regulatory guidelines while ensuring client confidentiality and trust.
• Using our intuitive digital platform for streamlined client scheduling and effective session notes management, allowing for a focus on client care instead of administrative burdens.

Our clientele is diverse, comprising individuals from various backgrounds and with a wide range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and relationship challenges. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with clients of all ages, including children, adults, and families, which will further diversify your experience and skill set as a mental health professional.

The following qualifications are essential for success in this role:

• A master’s degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Current licensure by the State Board to provide independent therapy services, with credentials such as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD.

While not mandatory, the following experiences are preferred:

• A minimum of two years of work experience in mental health counseling or a related field, providing direct therapy services.
• Specializations in areas such as pediatric mental health, trauma, or addiction can be beneficial but are not required.
