Community Solutions, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and passionate Case Aide to join our team at our Day Reporting Center (DRC) located in Santa Maria, CA. Our Day Reporting Centers in Santa Barbara and Santa Maria, CA provide a community-based alternative to incarceration for clients on parole. CSI uses a curricula-driven, evidence-based model designed to assess the needs of each client to reduce individual risk factors. Participants work closely with case managers and employment specialists to develop individual goals and make positive changes in their lives.

Position Overview
  • Maintains accountability for clients' location at all times and has knowledge of and implements all Agency policies and procedures governing facility operations including:
  • Client Supervision
  • Key Control
  • Head Counts
  • Monitoring of client's location and visitor's log
  • Emergency and other program required procedures.
  • Collects urine samples and completes related paperwork and breathalyzer testing as required by contract.
  • Collects intake data, develops and documents program plan goals with clients, monitors in the areas of treatment stipulations, job readiness preparation, and community resource referrals. Assists in client orientation as assigned. Makes recommendations to the supervisor for corrective action as required and monitors on an ongoing basis.
  • Coordinates discharges with referral agencies.
  • Supervises client work assignments and checks for satisfactory completion.
  • Adheres to program procedures and enforces rules, regulation and policies. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Schedule: Monday/Tuesday/Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm Wednesday/Thursday 12:00pm to 8:00pm
Hourly Rate: $21.86
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelors degree in a social science field and one year experience in social services or
  • similar field. Education may be substituted with experience on a year for year basis.
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills desired.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office.
